Industrial Ground Maintenance, Inc. ("IGM") was established in 1973 in Pasadena, Texas. We are a complete grounds maintenance company serving the petrochemical industry.
Our services include manicured lawn care, weed eater work, large acreage tractor mowing, landscaping, weed control, and pest control.
We are licensed through the Texas Department of Agriculture Structural Pest Control Service for all weed and pest applications.
With over 50 years of experience, we proudly serve the Houston petrochemical industry.
Since 1973, David’s Tractor Work, founded by brothers Mike and Gary David, has been a cornerstone in grounds maintenance throughout Pasadena, La Porte, and Houston. What began with mowing vacant lots quickly evolved as they entered the petrochemical sector, leading to the establishment of Industrial Ground Maintenance.
